Client Portal Instructions
SETTING UP YOUR GUYASUTA CLIENT PORTAL EXPERIENCE
- Open the “New Client Portal” email we send to you from noreply@envestnet.com.
- Your User Name will be your email address.
- Click the “Set New Password” link to set up your password.
- TERMS OF USE: Once you enter your User Name (email) and password, you will be prompted click “I Agree” to the web portal’s terms of use.
- You will then be taken to the Login page at https://guyasuta.portal.tamaracinc.com/Login.aspx
- SECURITY QUESTIONS: You will be asked to answer a series of security questions that will then be set for dual authentication at login.
LOGGING IN TO YOUR SECURE GUYASUTA CLIENT PORTAL
- Access the client portal through www.guyasuta.com and click the Client Portal link in the website header.
- Click on the Access New Guyasuta Client Portal button
- QUICK TIP: Add this link to your Favorites/Bookmarks for easier access in the future
NAVIGATING THE GUYASUTA CLIENT PORTAL
Once logged in, you will see the default report screen. You may switch back and forth between Accounts, Reports, Documents and Service Team as you wish. You may also return to the main Guyasuta website at any time by clicking on the logo in the top left corner. Be sure to Sign Out of your account when finished with your Client Access experience. The Sign Out button is located under your name at the top right of the screen.
FIND DATA
Click on the FIND DATA FOR button at the top of the screen to select the account(s) you wish to access
- You can select an account(s) by clicking on the arrow at the end of the “Find Data For” box then click the “Change” box at the right
- Once the account is accessed, you can select any of the following reports and run the report by clicking on the report title:
- Assets Under Management
- Asset Allocation
- Account Summary
- Account Performance
- Account Holdings
- Realized Gains/Losses – YTD
REPORTS TAB
Reports can also be accessed directly from the REPORTS tab in the portal header. Each report is executed as of the last market close, except for Realized Gains/Losses, which may be run for 2015 through the current year, and Year-to-Date time periods.
DOCUMENTS/VAULT TAB
Access all reports and documents uploaded by Guyasuta. This will include Quarterly Reports, Market Comments, Annual Compliance disclosure documents, as well as any secure client/advisor communication. Organize these files as you wish by clicking on the column headers. Open files by clicking on the file name. Most documents will be saved as PDF files, which will require at PDF reader easily and securely downloaded at www.Adobe.com. You may also use this area to send documents to us in a secure format.

Access quick assistance from any of our team members, whether it’s your advisor, portfolio administrator or technical support.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Stay informed of recent postings or general announcements in this call-out box located on the right side of the web page.
POSTING DOCUMENTS TO GUYASUTA CLIENT PORTAL
From the Documents/Vault Tab, select Actions, Post Document. Then click on the “Select or Drop Files Here” (blue box). Pick your file from your file directory, double-click it to place the file within the “Post Document” box. You may enter a “Description” to help us identify the file better. You may also select a “Folder” to better classify the document, if appropriate. Then click “Post” in the bottom right corner to upload the document to our Team.
Our Portfolio Managers and Administrators will receive email confirmation of your document being posted and take the appropriate action.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
You can easily reset from the login screen.
