Kate brings a breadth and depth of experience in financial services and investments to the Guyasuta team. In her twelve plus years at family businesses in the industrial equipment and real estate acquisition, development, and divestment industry, she rose to leadership roles and had direct management responsibilities for business development, deal structure, negotiation and execution for investments as well as internal operations and finance. She worked at financial institutions in both capital markets, PNC Capital Markets LLC, and credit, TriState Capital Bank, where Kate analyzed economic data, market risks, credit quality and sales opportunities. Additionally, she was a core staff member at the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Chatham University, where she provided consulting and business counseling to entrepreneurs throughout the region. Kate joined Guyasuta in September of 2023.
